Clear pricing for KitchenAid® stand mixer repair in Rochester, New York.

We service mixers from 1978 to current tilt-head and bowl-lift models.

Every repair starts with a full regrease and inspection so we can diagnose the mixer correctly.

Many common problems — grinding, slow speeds, leaking grease, or sluggish performance — are fixed with that service alone.

Same-day service is available by appointment at no extra charge.

Most common parts are kept in stock.

Service &  Pricing 

                                            

Base Regrease & Deep Clean — $125
Includes:

  • Full inspection and diagnostics
  • Complete disassembly of gears
  • Thorough degreasing
  • Re-greasing with 6 oz. Phillips 66 Food Machinery NLGI 2 H-1 White Grease
  • New gasket and new O-ring
  • Reassembly and final tuning
  • Speed Calibration (60 rpm at Stir and 180 rpm at speed 6)

(Plus cost of any additional parts if needed)

Most common mixer issues (grinding noise, slow speeds, leaking grease, or sluggish performance) can be fully resolved with our Base Regrease service.

While servicing your mixer, some parts may need to be replaced.  See PARTS LIST for stock parts

Small Hardware & Parts

  • Gears, bearings, speed parts: $15 – $30+ each
  • Nuts, screws, bolts, pins, washers, feet, etc.: $5 – $10 each

Diagnostic / Quote Only — $50
(Inspection and written quote — this fee is fully credited toward your repair if you proceed)

Minor On-the-Spot Repairs – $50 + parts 

This covers quick, same-visit fixes such as:

  • Beater adjustment
  • Tilt pin replacement
  • Speed control board replacement (Pro 600 model)
  • Other minor services

Important Note: Most mixers require a full re-grease before any underlying issues can be properly diagnosed. This is often done during the initial service.

Special Order Parts
Parts not in stock are sold at our cost PLUS + $25 special order fee.

Important Notes

  • All prices are for standard KitchenAid® stand mixers (1978- current tilt-head and bowl-lift models).
  • Vintage, commercial, or heavily damaged mixers may require custom quoting.
  • 90-Day Mechanical Warranty on all new parts installed.
  • Cash Only — Payment due at time of pickup.
  • Same-day service available on most regrease jobs (appointment required).

                                                              ** Once you have been notified of completed services,  If payment isn’t received after 60 days,

                                                                                               We reserve the right to sell your mixer to recoup costs.

    Please note:  We do not accept shipping or ship anything- we service Local residents, drop off and pick up available only. This ensures  same day services, lower prices on repairs and ensures a more personable professional experience.

    Mixer Repairs & Refurbished Mixer Sales

    90-Day Mechanical Warranty
    This warranty covers new parts installed only.

    Exclusions:

    • No warranty on electrical components
    • No warranty on re-greasing

    Important Note:
    If disassembly is required due to part failure on a repaired mixer, re-greasing may be necessary and will be performed at the customer’s expense.
