  • We service KitchenAid mixers  from 1978 to current
  • Typical service turnaround time is 1-5 days  for drop off - longer is parts are not in stock and need ordering.
  • All mixers start with a regrease which includes disassemble and reassemble of your mixer to determine  issues with your mixer to properly diagnose and repair. Many issues can be resolved with a regrease.

Base Regrease & Deep Clean — $125
Includes:

  • Full inspection and diagnostics
  • Complete disassembly of gears
  • Thorough degreasing
  • Re-greasing with new food-safe grease
  • New gasket and new O-ring
  • Reassembly and final tuning

(Plus cost of any additional parts if needed)

Most common mixer issues (grinding noise, slow speeds, leaking grease, or sluggish performance) can be fully resolved with our Base Regrease service.

Small Hardware & Parts

  • Gears, bearings, speed parts: $15 – $30+ each
  • Nuts, screws, bolts, pins, washers, feet, etc.: $5 – $10 each

(Inspection and written quote — this fee is fully credited toward your repair if you proceed)

Parts not in stock are sold at our cost + $25 special order fee.

  • All prices are for standard KitchenAid® stand mixers (1978- current tilt-head and bowl-lift models).
  • Vintage, commercial, or heavily damaged mixers may require custom quoting.
  • 90-Day Mechanical Warranty on all new parts installed.
  • Cash Only — Payment due at time of pickup.

    Exclusions:

    • No warranty on electrical components
    • No warranty on re-greasing

    Important Note:
    If disassembly is required due to part failure on a repaired mixer, re-greasing may be necessary and will be performed at the customer’s expense.
